Thanks for the bio.  For your information, Glenn Muggleberg was LTC when 
with CCRAK/CCRAFE.  IIRC -- he
retired as a Major General.  I didn't know about G.W. Ness.  In fact I 
don't have on my rosters but will add him.
Unfortunately, much of what CCRAK was involved in is still being held up by 
the declassification nerds but the information is slowly being 
released.  One thing is certain, there is much about the Korean War still 
to be learned.

As for CCRAK using your bumper markings, such practices were common as were 
the use of "cover names" by
those involved.  <LOL>
