MIA 26 November 1950
I am trying to find any and all information that I can about my
brother-in-law,
William J. Cusick
RA 17 028 081
A letter to my mother-in-law states;
" I am writing you concerning your son, Corporal William J. Cusick, who has
been missing in action in Korea since 26 November 1950.
Additional information shows that your son was previously reported as
slightly wounded in action in Korea on 26 November 1950. He received a
bullet wound in the left leg during an attack by a superior number of the
opposing forces in the vicinity of Kujang Dong, North Korea. His status was
changed to missing in action when no record of his admission to a hospital
in Korea or Japan could be found."
s/s Wm.E. Bergin M/G USA. (the A/G of the Army.
This was followed by another letter stating the same thing dated 2 May 1951.
That is about all the info that we have gotten on this. Anything anyone
could add would be appreciated.
TIA,
Glen Boren
