    I wouldn't be so apologetic if I were  you.  Some time ago I wrote a 
letter to Lt Col Altman, suggesting that at these ceremonies she have a 
table/booth/room etc. set aside for the sale of non-fiction history books on 
the war; books that would help rectify precisely the kind of problems you 
noted to her at Ft. Belvoir.  My suggestion was tied in with my offer to 
provide X number of copies of my just-released book on the Korean War.  And 
if memory serves me right, I think I offered to come to Korea to
