Korean People's Army - OOB & Combat History

As luck would have it I had a bit of free time yesterday and today and was
able to pull together some material on the KPA's independent infantry
brigades. This information follows quiet nicely with that provided in my
"Korean People's Army - Guerrilla and UW Units, Part 4" concerning the 945th
and 956th Independent Naval Infantry Regiments.

This material concerning the independent infantry brigades was extracted and
slightly updated from my book "North Korean Special Forces" (Jane's, 1988)
and didn't appear in the revised second edition (Naval Institute Press,
1998).

I know that this information is out of sequence with my originally posted
listing (i.e., Engineer Units, Corps and Divisions), however, it was easily
available and I was in the mood to do it. :-)
