Morozov and Uskov state that a pair of North Korean YAK-9P's strafed the
Kimpo airfield on 25 JUN 50 and destroyed a USAF C-54, with two attacks at
1500 and 1900 zone time.

Was this the first assault by the North Koreans on US forces?   Blair, in
his lengthy and details, but error-ridden and biased, THE FORGOTTEN WAR,
states that the North Koreans did not attack US forces until we began
fighting against them.

Any thoughts?
