Joe!

    Sorry, but no can do.  For one thing, it's not just one document, but 
many; and with many pages.  (This fact fashionably hides my inability to turn 
the documents into the format you suggest).  Having said that, let me suggest 
what may be an even easier way for you.

    When the AP reporter quoted the name of the document he had to the 
Agency, they forwarded to him something like twelve pages.  As you no doubt 
have learned yourself, the trick is to identify to the Agency on your FOIA 
request the requested document e-x-a-c-t-l-y per its title.  And I have those 
exact titles in the book.  So try to either shoplift a copy, or Help Send a 
Starving Author to Maui and buy one:-)
