Yes, I'm extremely familiar with FOIA. Not to mention being extremely
frustrated with the low priority with which almost all of out federal level
agencies assign to it. :-( It has taken me years to have simple innocuous
documents declassified.

Hah! I beat you too it. I'm anxiously awaiting its arrival (along with $150
of other books I ordered). We members of the "Starving Authors of the World"
have to stick together. ;-)
