Thank you for your comment. I have MACARTHUR'S WAR on my "To Read" list. My
statement,

"With the successful UNC landing at Inch'on on 15 September 1950, and
subsequent breakout from the Pusan Perimeter, the entire KPA was thrown into
a panic."

is made from the operational sense of the war as the KPA perceived it. The
KPA believes it was successful as it caused their retreat, route, and set up
the UNC "invasion" of their fatherland.

With that said, I'm not sure that even after I read the book that there will
be a need to change my statement. I will, however, keep an open mind. Who
knows, I've been surprised on more then a few occasions? :-)
