Not with a 14-5/8" diameter base.  The 105mm casing is the same diameter 
all the way down.  This sucker's base is wider than its length.  If the 
14-5/8" should be 4-5/8", then it probably would be a 105mm.  By the time I 
went on active duty in '61, brass Arty cartridges were a thing of the past.
