My friend Kang wrote me today that the ROKA chief-of-staff signed the letter
of notification of his 6004 father's death.  Kang is now elgible for vet
benefits.

I have heard from other members of KLO that ROKA is the org behind issuing
official vet status to them.  Is it possible that US has turned its records
over to ROKA?  Or is ROKA doing this on its own based on KLO folks' claims?
