                I was the Mate on the R-1-676, an Air Force crash boat 
working out of Chodo north of the 38th about three miles from the mouth of 
the Chinnampo River. In October of 1951 we had a visit from some folks from 
Life Magazine. Interviews and pictures were taken of the crew.
