Change of e-mail address problem

I am retiring from my job in a few hours. I have already subscribed to the
Korean War List on my home computer (wcarmody@worldnet.att.net
<mailto:wcarmody@worldnet.att.net> )

I am having trouble trying to unsubscibe at work because my employers
changed my e-mail address a few months ago, without telling me at the time. 

I am PROBABLY listed on the Korean War list as
carmody@mail1.monmouth.army.mil <mailto:carmody@mail1.monmouth.army.mil>
but my current e-mail address at work (which I have no control over) is
william.carmody@mail1.monmouth.army.mil

Can you unsubscribe me and let me know it has been done, please?
