This is really quite funny. I have a certain local reputation as
the person who can't handle a plug and play. As a matter of fact,
I upgraded my Norton AV a couple of days ago and it took me four
tries to get it done.

I was once told that there are four types of people in the world:
those who understand what the technology can do, those who
understand how it can be developed to do it, those who understand
both, and those who understand neither. I probably fall somewhere
between the first and last group. This accounts for the fact that
my reach always far exceeds my grasp.
