I don't have the figures but did some quick math based on NK TO&E's. Looks
to me like the figures for rifles, mortars, cannon and howitzers is about
right for NK's army plus reserve forces & internal security forces at the
beginning of the Korean War.
T-34 and Su-76M number is high by about 50%. However, the Soviet Union did
send 150+ T-34's and over 100 Su-76m's during the first month of the
war. These were already in the pipeline so looks like these were probably
added to the pre-war count. As for the aircraft count, I have no idea but
everything I've seen only gave NK a hundred or so older aircraft (Yak-3, 7
& 9s) at the beginning of the war.
