Apology to NK

  I see that we're wasting no time in apologizing to North Korea for the 
aircraft incursion the other day.  What caught my eye in the original article 
was that the U.S. wanted to talk about "other recent incursions."  Never 
heard of any.
       
       Did I tell you the story I heard from my army major host on that 
recent trip to SK, regarding that NK submarine incursion a couple of years 
back?  Seems that the mini-sub was extracting a team that had already gotten 
into SK by means unknown.  And the exfiltration would have gone OK if the sub 
hadn't gotten tangled up in some SK fisherman's nets.

       It was at least a couple of weeks later (as I recall) before the SKs 
finally got the sub out of the water and onto dry land where they could open 
it up.  Turns out the infiltration team had all committed suicide. BUT NOT 
before torturing the sub crew to death. Apparently what the team did to the 
crew was unbelievable.
