I will check on the location further.
The dates for the killing were from 7/4 to 7/6/1950.

But, this killing was not an isolated incident.
Many deliberate executions of political prisoners
were apparently carried out all over S.Korea in
early part of the War.

According to Lt. Col. Bob Edwards, Army attache at 
the US Embassy, he wrote: "thousands of political prisoners
were executed within few weeks after fall of Seoul....
Orders for execution undoubtedly came from top."(AP, 4/20/2000)
