It is interesting how much the Russians are now putting into print on
the MiGs and Korea. I've the following four publications and there are
probably a lot more:
"Air War In Korea (1950-1953)", V.V. Gageen, 1997
"Air War In Korea -2 (American Viewpoint)", 1997
"Unknown War", B.S. Abakumov, 1997
"The Soviet Pilots Protection Of The Skies of China and North Korea",
V.P. Naboka, 1999 (already referenced on this website)
The photos of them in the first reference remind me a lot of men from my
old neighborhood near the steel mills in South Chicago.
