Msgt. Curry, I served in the area for many years, including onTaiwan and have some of their medals as well, though not as old as your fathers. Because this is not Korean War per say, will respond to you off list and maybe provide you with some useful source materials, archives, etc, depending on how extensive your wish your research to be.
