Generally tried to stay out of SpecOps except as it
related to Tai Li but am aware of KIM KU (alternate spelling).
Kim's letter direct to Truman as purported chariman of the
Korean Provisional Government, was directly related to Truman's
dissolution of the OSS. Trum Papers has copy of the August 25, 1945
letter Truman sent back to Donovan - barnburner one might call it.
Do not have such document (Agreement) but bet Professor Maochun Yu,
U.S. Naval Academy does have or is aware of where to get copy.
