Are you aware of any "agreement" that would have allowed vessels of the
Chinese or Soviets to pass through the straits between China and Korea, if
they were west of 124 degrees?  Our log books don't show us going west of
that line, although TE-95.11 operated all over that area.  The submarines at
Port Arthur had to be able to get to the Pacific, and that was the only route
available.  I know their transport "Ocean" did make that trip from Port
Arthur, around Okinawa and up to Vladivostok during the K-War, carrying
membrs of the Soviet submarine force.
