Ives' full name

These names appear on a document that lists the Korean nationals attached to
the 8242. It was a free pass list given to the Korean station master of the
Pusan Station. It has a signature - Lt. Col. George Kramer (?), commanding,
724th Trans Ry Opn 8th Army.<<

Washington T. Ives

The LTC Kramer who signed the pass list is not the same Kramer who
commanded JACK.  That Kramer was USMC.
