Sounds like a standard history from the Pentagon's textbook!

I would give only "C" grade for the report.

The division of Korea at the 38th Parallel was not decided at Yalta! 
It was unilaterally drawn by the US State-War-Navy Coordinating Committee a 
few
days before Japan's surrender to prevent Soviet forces from
occupying the whole Korean peninsula.

The correct name for the pro-US Korean leader is Syngman Rhee(This was
his English name he used). 
 
What is your source of info for the conclusion that N.Korea's ruling party
decided on invasion? (The correct name is Korean Labor Party)
