So, are you saying the decision to divide Korea was made 
at Yalta Conf.?

I am saying there was no such decision at Yalta.
What they agreed to at Yalta was merely to set up an allied trusteeship
over the entire Korea. 

As for the number of ROKA soldiers, I think you may be
wrong on the number of 50,000 because 100,000 was also mentioned
by Gen. Roberts, Chief of the KMAG.
What's the source for your info on this?
