John, Your guess is as good as mine. However, since most of the rest of the messages on this thread have indicated that the ROKA had no more than 100,000 troops total, with about 50,000 forward, and Kim managed to convice all and sundry there were "300,000" menacing the DPRK, I think that it would seem to be logical to figure out who attacked who...
