I have always heard the Koreans refer to Chosin as Changjin.
Possibly "Chosin as insult" only relates to the residents of Korea. As the
President of the Chosin Few, I am often in the company of Korean-Americans in
Koreatown (their designation), NY. Since some of my closest friends are
Korean, If anyone considered it insulting, I think I would have heard of it.
