From what I'm reading, no one's regiment's reputation needs to be
repaired, but rather, the President (Truman), Congress and the military
brass, for which in another email you requested seats closest to the fire in
Hell for sending you guys there without proper arms, worse - I guess -
defective arms, not enough of you, not enough training, and
from what I can gather
THEY KNEW IT!!!!
I am stunned.
