I noticed that confusion and I also have had that problem with my name "Don." 
Recenty I wrote to Terry (to his E-mail  address) and asked him if he would 
refer to me as Gill (my last name). He said he would. Please note that "Gill" 
has two "l's" because I'm sure there is also a "Gil" in this group. Don Gill
