Reading these posts brings back memories of events long forgotten.  I can 
recall being on Outpost Dagmar (7th Marines) and a wireman had just come back 
from the MLR after stringing commwire.  He had 2 FRESH CHICKEN EGGS!  How we 
were going to cook them, and divide them among the squad was a decision 
making process of the highest order.  I have hesitated to write this little 
"war story" as I perceive that subject matter of a broader scope is the usual 
thread on the list.  Perhaps these vignettes flesh out the history in some 
small way from time to time.
