MacArthur never intended to use atomic weapons
in Korea. Perhaps along the Yalu to create a buffer zone. And so what, wasn't
this also posed by Eisenhower and several other Generals after MacArthur. Now,
as to the General's heigth. I served in GHQ as a young soldier and had on
several occasions met the General. I am 6'2" and I looked him almost
directly in the eye, if not up at him. I certainly didn't look down to speak to
him. Do you think he might have been standing on a stool?
