My guess is that it could have been an experimental
atomic cannon. Many new weapons were tested in the
field during the Korean War.

One of the books I read showed US GIs standing
besides a "Tarzon" bomb, a huge bomb that was
developed as a sort of substitute atomic bomb.
Some of these bombs were apparently dropped on N.Korea
by the Air Force planes.
Did anyone see it in the War?
