That's the way I remembered it, any part of your body that includes when you 
relieved yourself would freeze to the metal without some cover over the skin. 
Or taking a steel pot [helmet] and setting on it, it will freeze to your 
cheeks. I was a tank driver with 3rd inf. 64th tk. bn. co. A When your button 
up and Chinese all over you most generally you will find that all five must 
relieve them selves. I wonder how the military will handle coed tank crews in 
the future. That's enough babbling on
