   "During the Korean War" it was difficult for the military to communicate. 
Things had a different meaning for different services.
  For instance, to secure a building to the Navy meant to turn off the lights 
and lock the front door. 
   To the Army securing the building meant to surround the building and 
defend the parameter.
   To the Marines securing the building meant an all out frontal attack.
   To the Air Force it meant taking out a three year lease with an option  to 
purchase.
