Hey Marc-

   Does that fact that you are a practicing attorney say it all?
   Seriously, remember Paul Fissell's book, "Making of a Skeptic"? He was a 
platoon leader at the end of WWII. His boys surrounded a bomb crater with 
15-20 unarmed German boys crying and pleading for help. His boys methodically 
shot them all point blank as they tried to crawl out. All the time hooping 
and halloring Texas style. They called it the great turkey shoot. 
   Is that your clear logic? If that is what you condone you wouldn't serve 
with me.
