Nothing in here but innuendo.  The CIC had hundreds, if not thousands of 
informants from all walks of South Korean life.  Most of these informants 
had a personal agenda to advance so what they told the CIC was what they 
(the informant) wanted the CIC to believe (which they rarely did.)  The 
reason the CIC listened to this reports was often there were snippets of 
useful information and they gave insight into whatever group the informant 
belonged.

Bottom line:  It is a vast difference between an informant and an "agent."

As an add:  The American CIC DID NOT have Korean CIC agents.  They did have 
interpreters/translators and often the Korean Army CIC would have a Korean 
CIC agent working with the American CIC agent.  However, these Korean CIC 
agents worked for ROKA.
