TOE for a CCF infantry battalion subordinate to an infantry regiment had,

63 Officers
584 Enlisted men

Command element (4 Officers)
HQ (5 Officers, 28 Enlisted men)
Heavy Weapons Company (12 Officers, 118 Enlisted men)
3x Infantry Companies (14 Officers, 146 Enlisted men in each company)

In reality many units were often at 50-70% TOE.

I agree with Paul's comments on CCF logistic support.
