Are you suffering under some sort of delusion that any of the soldiers
present in 1868 with the 7th Cavalry were also at No Gun Ri in 1950? These
would be MIGHTY old soldiers after a gap of some 82 years!

I know one soldier, Marv Daniels, who was present at No Gun Ri and he is
emphatic that open gunfire did occur, but only after incoming fire had been
received from NKPA "refugees". He was interviewed some years back on the
History Channel, I believe, about this.

This is an open-and-shut case. There was no "war crime" here.
