   One thing more I wanted to mention and then forgot.
   Ted Olson is our country's current Soliciter General. He is a friend and 
should be on the Supreme Court but after successfully argueing Bush's case 
before that body he will never make it ... along with  Judge Bork.
   Ted went to UC law school and has family connections in the East Bay. His 
cell phone conversations with wife Barbara during the ill fated flight are 
haunting to me.
   After this week when listing those things that have changed our living 
patterns you can list the cell phone right up close to the top.
