Mike - pgs. 365-368 in Max Hastings "The Korean War" lists offers of military 
assistance as of Jan. 52, Israel not mentioned. 

Offers came from Bolivia, China, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Panama - all 
deferred and I guess not accepted.
