Despite all the attempts to say otherwise, no credible evidence has emerged
the U.S. (or anyone else) used germ warfare in Korea. All the epidemics
North Korea and China claimed were caused by the U.S. were diseases local
to Korea. Everything I've seen points to poor sanitation, poor diet and
lack of food, to say nothing of stress from air attack, leading to weakened
immune systems, thus allowing common diseases to spread more rapidly, plus
be more deadly than normal.
