Re: Anthrax in the Korean War



Bacillus Anthracis (B. Anthracis) has been around for a long time and was called Anthrax throughout the 20th century.  By the way, Anthracis comes from the Greek word for coal, for the black coloration of the eschar (scab) of cutaneous (skin) anthrax.  Probably more than you wanted to know.
