Soviet Intelligence in Korean War

This message goes out to Cookie and other members of the list who read Russian:

Has there been any detailed discussion in Russians books and/or periodical literature about the role of their intelligence services during the Korean War? There is no questions that the Russians were monitoring USAF fighter and bomber communications during the 1951-1953 timeframe, which the Russian used to vector MiGs in for intercepts, but I still have not found any substantive discussion of this or other meaty intelligence matters to date in the Russian language materials that I have seen so far.

Any suggestions?
