I cant understand a country that would let it people starve just to try to prove a point. Seems that when the soviet Union collapsed they would have gotten a hint that this setup is wrong. I feel that all countries would band together and help the NK as much as possible when their plight became known and that they would appreciate some help. A change in their policies could not hurt them at this time after many years of hunger. Just to see the map of the world with NK almost dark should tell them something.

I know that when I was there both North and South where in the dark ages and now you see the South as a modern country with all the glitter. They are the ones that did not have the natural resources as the North has.  Seems as if they have wasted a lot of resources and live trying to make a go of communism.
