Dear Ronald:

I wrote about the replacement of Det 1, 1st RSM by the 15th RSM (I think it
was in late 1951) in my article on COMINT in the Korean War published last
year in the journal "Intelligence and National Security." If you don't have
it, I will dig up my files and see what I can come up with.
