Having trouble locating a copy of "How Many Times Can I Die? - Donald Nichols." The publishing company in FL said they only printed 100-200 copies! Would anyone know where I can buy a copy? Or if you have a copy and it accidently fell into a photocopier machine and did not know what to do with the end result - would you care to sell it? Would really like to read that book.... thanks
