I got mixed up with the two.
I guess the two bombs are different.
My source indicates that an American atomic scientist
visited Seoul in 1951 and, after observing the battles,
he developed neutron bomb thereafter.
Do you know when it was produced?
Wasn't the H bomb tested in 1953?
Didn't the K.W. hasten its development?
