Scope of KOREAN-WAR-L

A small reminder of the scope of KOREAN-WAR-L.  While North Korea today is 
within the scope of the list since much of what happens is an outgrowth of 
the Korean War, Afghanistan and U.S. politics are not.  The latter subject 
leads to flame wars, which we have been free of so far.
