Re: Korea - 50 years ago this week, Dec. 13-19

Have I snatched the pebble from your hand master?
The problem is that it's a tough game to play. Like baseball, it's much easier when you steal teh other guys signs. I would imagine that teh first swing in Korea would have been the renunciation of first use. Not sure that happened, but it would have put the ball back in the NKP court. I also look at counter-claims to US use of BW a little differently. Amatuers talk tactics, professionals talk logistics. As a log kind of guy, I know just how hard it is to move, and concurrently conceal, this stuff. Unless we are talking something along the lines of the old Ricin in the umbrella trick, it would have stood out to any one looking for it.

By letting the Communists come out with "sworn" documents that we carried out BW on them, we have been playing catchup ball with the target population -- third-worlders and "Blame America Firsters" for 50 years.
