all of you have been speaking on germ warfare and i remembered a book i
got from the truman library last year.  it took me a while to find it
but here is a little of the information
title     ""report on u. s. crimes in korea""

it was the findings of the commission of the international association
of democratic lawyers on the u. s. crimes in korea.  the commission
signed it on march 31 1952  the head office at time of printing was in
brussels belgium.
the commission was set up consisting of lawyers of different contries to
go to korea and invistigate the allegations.
commission consisted of heinrich brandweiner, professor of international
law in the university of graz (austria),  president
luigi cavalieri, advocate at the supreme court of rome (italy)  vice
president
jack gaster,  solicitor, london (great britain)
marc jacquier, advocate at the court of appeal, paris  (france)
ko po-nian, director of the research department of the peoples institute
of foreign affairs pekin, (china)
marialouise moerans advocate russels,(belgium)
latelba rodrigues de britto  advocate de janeiro, (brazil)
zofia wasilkowska judge of the supreme court, warsaw (poland)
this commission was in korea march 8 to march 19 1952
this book discusses    bacteriological warfare,---chemical
weapons,----massacres, murders and other atrocities,--air attacks on
civilian population,---other war crimes,----conclusions

this report is written in english and signed by all the members on the
commission in peking on march 31 1952

it does talk about flies mosquitos found at anju cityin march    on
march 11 in bek dong goon a few kilometeries from a POW camp flies and
other insects were found on the snow.  it reports
