Re: flaming dump



PO2 Looks and was a post WW1 Bi-plane.
During WW2 the Russians used this same plane for Night Attacks on all kinds of installations.
Infact used just about everything to keep the troops and Luftwafa on edge.
 
The Germans were good at this too. Using Both Italian and German 1930 based Bi-planes.
Low an slow and very hard to see on radar.
 
The Russians, Chinese and Koreans used the Yak 18 a trainer to perform the same night warfare in Korea.

Did these all take place in 1952?
It looks like there were many more actions by po2
than I thought.

Is po2 made by Japan or S.U.?
Does someone have a picture?
