I was looking at a post Korean war ShootDown site and saw there were many skirmishes between the SK and NK.  Mig17 vs F86 and even the F47N???.  Most of the battles were won by SK.

 

How did the Mig 17 compare with the later F86D,K,H,L marks?

Did SK get F47N's and did they battle with the Migs?

Dan,

1951 was primarily the year of the Soviet pilot. There were several periods of joint operations with the Chinese, but PLAAF ops did not really get going full speed until 1952.
